PureTek Corporation creates every product with care and passion. If you have a quality issue or concern, please contact us first at 1-818-837-5880, as most issues can be resolved by phone. Should you choose to return a product within 45 days of purchase, we will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price to the original form of payment, upon receipt of your goods. All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Returns are easy, even for opened products:

Return by mail by contacting our dedicated Customer Care team toll free at 1-818-837-5880 or info@puretekcorp.com. Please have ready your order number to initiate the return process. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received at the PureTek Corporation warehouse and can take up to 2-3 weeks to process.

If your order is eligible for a promotional shipping offer that reduces the shipping price of any products or the price of the overall order, and you subsequently return some portion of the order so that the order no longer qualifies for the promotional offer (including free shipping) another item of equal or greater value must be purchased or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the additional shipping charge. PureTek Corporation reserves the right in its sole discretion to reduce the refund by the additional amount the order would have cost, including shipping, if the order no longer qualifies for the promotional offer or free shipping. Exchanges are not eligible for any past or current promotions.

Any items purchased on SALE or at a discounted price are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
