General
We sell some of our most popular brands, including Body Essence, PharmaPure, and L’Essence de Boshea. Learn more about our PureTek Brands here.
PureTek Corporation is located in Panorama City California. All our products are made in the USA.
While we manufacture OTC and Prescription drugs, we do not offer them for sale at the PureTek Store.
Sometimes the nearest retailer is far from home. That’s why so many people order their PureTek products online.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Ordering
We are obligated to charge sales tax for all sales being delivered to California addresses. We do not charge sales tax for sales in other states.
You will receive a confirmation email within moments after your order is received and your payment information is confirmed.
You will be asked to create an account with a username and password when you order. You can log into our site with that information and click the “Orders” link at the bottom of the page.
Often when our items sell out, there will be an option to order the item on back order. As soon as the product is available, we will notify you and ship your order.
Shipping
We ship to USA, Mexico and Canada.
We ship all orders via UPS. You will have an option to choose your shipping speed and rate.
We offer free shipping via UPS Ground in the Continental USA for orders over $40 after any applicable discounts or coupons.
You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is packed and shipped. You can click the link in that email to track your shipment.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@puretekstore.com as soon as possible along with a photo of the box, packing materials and product inside and out. We will replace the product at no cost to you. See our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
If your order arrives and the item received is not the order delivered, please email us at info@puretekstore.com. Please include your order information (Date and Order Number). See our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
Privacy and Security
No. We will send you information about your order, or the products you have ordered. If you opted into our newsletter, then from time to time we may send you information about products and services that may be of interest to you.
No. We only accept credit card payments.
